1. Eligibility and Adult Use
Brual contains alcohol-related content and is intended only for adults who are legally permitted to view, record, and discuss alcohol-related experiences in their location. Do not use Brual if you are under the legal drinking age or otherwise prohibited from using alcohol-related services.
2. What Brual Does
Brual helps you save personal memories about lawful drink discoveries, places, photos, notes, ratings, maps, passport statistics, and travel story cards. Brual is a journaling and creative export tool. It is not a health, medical, legal, navigation, transportation, age-verification, or alcohol sales service.
3. Alcohol Safety Rules
- Do not use Brual to encourage minors to consume alcohol.
- Do not use Brual to promote binge drinking, intoxication challenges, or excessive alcohol use.
- Do not use Brual while driving or in any situation where device use would be unsafe or unlawful.
- Do not use Brual to sell, purchase, deliver, trade, or facilitate alcohol transactions.
- Drink responsibly and follow all local laws, venue rules, travel rules, and age restrictions.
4. Your Content
You are responsible for the notes, photos, ratings, locations, and other content you add to Brual. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content you store, export, or share. Do not add unlawful, abusive, defamatory, invasive, or infringing content.
5. Sharing Outside Brual
Brual may let you export story cards or trip recaps and share content through iOS sharing tools. You are responsible for what you choose to share and where you share it. Third-party apps and services have their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
- Paid Brual features, subscriptions, trials, and lifetime purchases are billed through Apple.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
- Prices, trial availability, taxes, and currency may vary by region and are shown by Apple.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
7. Apple Standard EULA
Brual is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. You can read Apple’s standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
8. Privacy
Use of Brual is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, permissions, Apple purchases, support requests, exports, and website data.
9. Availability and Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as Brual evolves. We may update these terms when needed. The effective date at the top shows when the current version began applying.
10. Disclaimers
Brual is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that Brual will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Brual does not provide advice about alcohol consumption, health, transportation, or legal compliance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brual and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of Brual.
