Helpful details to include
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version.
- The Brual version shown in Settings.
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- Whether the issue involves capture, location, purchase, restore, export, or import.
- A screenshot, if it does not expose anything you prefer to keep private.
Purchases and restore
Brual purchases are managed by Apple. If a Pro purchase is missing, open Brual Settings or the Paywall and choose Restore Purchases. Confirm that the device is signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Apple handles billing, subscription management, and refund requests. Brual never receives your complete payment card number.
Journal archive and CSV
Open Brual Settings and use Export Brual Archive to create a restorable copy with memory details, places, coordinates, and photos. Use Export Spreadsheet (CSV) for a human-readable table without photos.
Before importing, keep a copy of your current archive. Brual verifies an archive before changing your journal, but retaining your own backup is still a good habit.
Camera, photos, and location
Brual asks for camera, photo, or location access only when a feature needs it. If a permission was declined, open iOS Settings, find Brual, and choose the access you want to allow. You can still enter or repair a place manually.
